Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. In accordance with French and European 
law, you have a right of withdrawal on your purchases.

1. LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, 
you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order 
to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any 
justification.

2. CONDITIONS FOR EXERCISING YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

⚠️ IMPORTANT: FOR HYGIENE AND SAFETY REASONS

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right 
of withdrawal CANNOT be exercised for:

→ Sealed products that have been unsealed (opened) after delivery 
  and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health 
  protection

This applies to ALL our cosmetic and dermatological products.

IN PRACTICE:
✅ Unopened product, original seal intact → Return possible within 14 days
❌ Opened product, used or broken seal → Return not possible

3. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your 
decision by a clear and unambiguous statement before the expiration 
of the 14-day period.

→ Specifying: order number, first name, last name, reason (optional)

We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt and return instructions.

4. RETURN CONDITIONS

For a return to be accepted, the product must be:

→ Unopened, in its original packaging
→ Intact security seal
→ Accompanied by the purchase invoice
→ Returned in new condition, with no signs of use

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in case of an 
error on our part (wrong product sent, defective product upon receipt).

We recommend using a tracked delivery service to protect yourself in 
case of package loss.

6. REFUND

After receipt and verification of the return:

→ Processing time: 5 to 14 business days
→ Refund: to the payment method used during the purchase
→ Refund amount: product price (initial delivery costs are only refunded 
  if the return concerns the entire order)

You will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as the refund is processed.

7. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transport, 
or not in conformity with your order:

→ Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
→ Attach photos of the product and packaging
→ We will cover the return costs and arrange for replacement or a 
  full refund

8. LEGAL WARRANTY

Your purchases benefit from the following legal warranties:

→ Legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer 
  Code): 2 years from the delivery of the product
→ Warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil 
  Code): 2 years from the discovery of the defect

These warranties apply without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

9. RETURN ADDRESS

Once your request has been validated, we will provide you with the 
exact return address by e-mail.

⚠️ NEVER send a return without first obtaining our confirmation and the 
precise address. Packages sent without prior agreement cannot be processed.

10. MEDIATION

In the event of an unresolved dispute with our customer service, you 
have the possibility of free recourse to a consumer mediator:
